IndieTerminal is a slash-command dashboard for running a startup — research, launch, posting — with an approval queue so nothing leaves without the founder.
The live product is indieterminal.com. You type /research, /launch, /post or /operate at /command; past work is stored so the next command can use it; Slack and X wait in a queue. The GitHub project kiaan-mittal/indieterminal is the connected repo (TypeScript, private, last push 30 Aug 2026). The personal site still calls it a next-gen terminal in Active Stealth. Those are not the same object.
